Responsibilities | You will work in our Elite Sales Group (ESG) and sell Metasoft’s SaaS fundraising software to non-profits and charities in North America. You will handle the final stage of the consultative sales process by conducting solution-based online presentations, managing decision processes with Executive Directors and Boards of Directors, and closing sales. |
|
Requirements | We are looking for a proven sales closer. This is our senior-most sales position with top-level compensation to match. In addition to your outstanding consultative sales approach, stellar objection handling and strong closing skills, your ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline in a high volume, fast paced, and short cycle sales environment is critical to your success. The ideal candidate:
- Is an energetic, seasoned sales closer with proven success exceeding new business targets in a B2B consultative sales environment
- Has exceptional organizational skills and can effectively handle complex sales involving multiple influencers
- Is a clear, empathic, ethical, and effective communicator who can relate easily to new people
- A problem solver who genuinely wants to help can solve our customers’ fundraising challenges and gain satisfaction from their success
- Has a passion for helping non-profits make a difference with a preference for candidates that have past volunteering experience

Responsibilities | - Perform outbound sales development activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, opportunity qualifications and appointment setting
- Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and new opportunites
- Conduct research on charitable industries to understand prospective clients’ needs and interests.
- Manage and overcome prospect objections

- Pinpoint clients’ needs with respect to time and resource constraints that may impact their project plans, and connect them to our solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication through an established workflow/call trigger system.

Responsibilities | As the National Account Sales Executive reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working with large named accounts. You will work closely with multi-branch non-profit organizations that have national reach and impact. The ideal candidate is highly successful in their current sales role and at generating business with major accounts.
This is a full cycle sales role where you will be selling Metasoft’s fundraising solution software to nonprofits and charities in North America through:
- Cold and warm consultative sales calls to prospective clients, connecting with decision makers
- Assessing needs and challenges of prospects and providing customized solutions to help them achieve their philanthropic goals
- Delivering online presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services
- Execute sales prospecting plan to penetrate Major Accounts, capture significant market share in assigned territory and implement strategic territory plans to achieve metrics.
- Become an expert within the specific vertical accounts managed
- Deliver accurate and timely pipeline reports and forecasts

Requirements | A career-oriented individual who has 5+ years of business development experience in strategic solution based business-to-business sales and the ability to work multiple channels within the account
- 5+ years experience in consultative sales
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience presenting to large regional and national organizations
- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals
- Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong ability to create and control selling circumstances
- Experience/knowledge in the non-profit and/or fundraising environment a plus
